Wayne obtained his bachelor’s degree in Exceptional Education at Western Kentucky University. He has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. Wayne got his start as a residential assistant for adults with disabilities and later taught special education at the high school level. He has been with LifeSkills, Inc. since 2014 where he began as a Supported Employment Specialist and currently works as a Case Manager for Therapeutic Foster Care.
