Mental Health Services
CAYA Collaborative Care has the widest and most intensive array of services in South Central and Western Kentucky to serve children and adults with a wide range of mental health concerns. We are ready to help design a personalized treatment program for you and your family.
Addiction
CAYA Collaborative Care provides a full continuum of services for substance use concerns. Whether you need outpatient services, residential programs, medications for opioid use disorder, or prevention services, we are ready to assist you and your family.
Intellectual Disabilities
CAYA Collaborative Care Developmental Services Division provides a wide array of supports and services to assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live, work and participate in our communities.
Crisis
We offer around the clock crisis support on the phone, at our crisis units and in the community. We are ready to provide support and solutions for those experiencing mental health, substance use and intellectual and developmental disabilities related crises.
Residential Treatment
Our AODE substance use residential treatment facilities, Park Place Recovery Center for Men (PPRCM) and Park Place Recovery Center for Women (PPRCW), are both CARF Certified ASAM LOC 3.5 programs and DOC Approved Providers for Program Good Time Credit (PGTC).
CARF accreditation is an indication of our organization’s dedication and commitment to improving the quality of the lives of the person served. Services, personnel, and documentation clearly indicate an established pattern of conformance to standards.



Community Behavioral Health Clinic
CAYA Collaborative Care is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), which is a nationally recognized model designed to expand access to high-quality mental health and substance use services across the communities it serves. CAYA provides care across 18 counties, ensuring coordinated, accessible care across Southcentral and Western Kentucky.
